Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must receive the order and then initiate a return under our Returns Policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to support@novaro-kitchen.com with the order number.
