We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility & Deadline

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with consumer protection laws (including the EU Right of Withdrawal where applicable).

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are part of clearance/sale categories may not be eligible for return.

Special rules may apply to food-contact products once opened (depending on local regulations).
Return Process

Contact us at support@novaro-kitchen.com to request a Return/Exchange Form.

Complete one form per product.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Ship the item(s) securely packaged, preferably with a tracked courier.
Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Novaro does not refund the original shipping fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the requested replacement item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
