Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility & Deadline

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in line with consumer protection laws (including the EU Right of Withdrawal where applicable).

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are part of clearance/sale categories may not be eligible for return.

  • Special rules may apply to food-contact products once opened (depending on local regulations).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@novaro-kitchen.com to request a Return/Exchange Form.

  2. Complete one form per product.

  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  4. Ship the item(s) securely packaged, preferably with a tracked courier.

Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Novaro does not refund the original shipping fees.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the requested replacement item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
